Electric mechanical automatic grabbing beam applicable to movable hoist of hydropower station
The invention discloses an electric mechanical automatic grabbing beam applicable to a movable hoist of a hydropower station, which comprises two upper lifting lugs disposed symmetrically to the longitudinal middle line of a horizontal beam and disposed on the upper part of the horizontal beam, wherein an upstream-downstream supporting guide slide block and a side supporting guide slide block are disposed respectively on a front side face and a rear side face which are located on left and right ends of the horizontal beam; grabbing beam positioning pins are disposed in a vertical downward direction respectively on the lower part of the horizontal beam symmetrically to the longitudinal middle line; two lug plates are disposed in a vertical downward manner on the lower part of the horizontal beam at the longitudinal middle line, and a waterproof vertical stroke detection switch is disposed on the upper part between the two lug plates; and a shaft assembly-disassembly device is disposed on the lower part of the horizontal beam on one side of the double lug plates. The electric mechanical automatic grabbing beam applicable to the movable hoist of the hydropower station provided by the invention is advantageous in that in comparison with existing mechanical grabbing beams, an advantageous hung-shaft type of a hydraulic automatic grabbing beam is applied, so occurrence of accidental hooking escape caused by gate jam during gate lowering can be effectively avoided. The shaft assembly-disassembly device adopts a mechanical type, omits a hydraulic pump station and is safer and more reliable.
