The invention discloses a gravity-center-adjustable hydraulic grabbing beam, a hoist and a using method of the gravity-center-adjustable hydraulic grabbing beam, the gravity-center-adjustable hydraulic grabbing beam comprises a grabbing beam body, and a single lifting point is arranged on the upper portion of the grabbing beam body; the hydraulic pump station is arranged on one side of the grabbing beam body; and the first balancing block is arranged on the grabbing beam body and is used for balancing eccentric torque generated by the hydraulic pump station. Due to the fact that the first balancing block capable of balancing the eccentric torque generated by the hydraulic pump station is arranged on the grabbing beam body, it can be guaranteed that the grabbing beam body with the single-lifting-point structure arranged on the upper portion can stably work, and the requirement that gates and trash racks of different sizes can be stably opened and closed through one set of hydraulic grabbing beams is met.
