The invention discloses a novel ship lift chamber. The ship lift chamber comprises a ship body, a bottom cover provided with an inner cavity, a falling gate, a first oil cylinder, an anti-collision beam assembly, an oil-pressure sealing device, a water pump, a guider and bollards. When in work, the falling gate is controlled to be opened by the first oil cylinder; when the water level in the ship body is consistent with the external water level, a ship is directly driven in the ship body; then, the falling gate is controlled by the first oil cylinder to be closed; a first pulley is driven by a second oil cylinder to move downwards, so that a steel wire rope lifts an anti-collision beam through a second pulley; through the bollards and the guider, the ship body is lifted to upstream; when the water level in the ship body is consistent with the external water level, the falling gate is opened, and the ship is driven out of the ship body; then, the falling gate is closed, and the water pump drains water in the ship body through a first water pipe and a second water pipe. The novel ship lift chamber is simple in structure; the novel ship lift chamber adopts a closed structure, so that the ship and the ship body are not in direct contact, and the service life of the ship body is prolonged; through the arrangement of the anti-collision beam, the used safety property is greatly improved.
