Provided is a ground source heat pump vertical buried pipe raw stock natural backflow filling method. A connecting groove is arranged between two adjacent vertical buried holes. Drill raw stock overflowing when a certain vertical buried hole is drilled can flow to other vertical buried holes which complete hole bottom returned stock backfilling through the connecting groove, and begins plain sedimentation. Finally, the hole mouths of the vertical buried holes which complete plain sedimentation are sealed and plugged by yellow sand. The method is dense in backfill and good in heat exchanging, and time limit for a project would not be influenced.
