The invention provides an assembled constructional column constructed together with a frame structure infilled wall. The assembled constructional column constructed together with the frame structure infilled wall comprises building blocks, male and female engaging members, through grooves where lengthwise rebars are inserted and the like. The assembled constructional column constructed together with the frame structure infilled wall is characterized in that each building block is provided with two through grooves cut through top and bottom faces of the building block, the top and bottom faces of each building block are respectively provided with a concave and/or convex protruding engaging member, lengthwise rebars firstly pass imbed parts, and then the lengthwise rebars are mounted to the building blocks according to the form of the wall.
