The invention relates to a prefabricated steel bar truss wall mould shell and belongs to the field of building materials. The prefabricated steel bar truss wall mould shell comprises concrete mould shells arranged on two sides of a load bearing wall, wherein flat steel bar meshes are arranged in the concrete mould shells arranged on two sides and are used as constructional steel bars of the load bearing wall and the concrete mould shells; the flat steel bar meshes are in welded connection with each other through obliquely inserted steel bars to form a steel bar truss; the flat steel bar meshes bend and stretch out of the concrete mould shells at two ends of the mould shells; a heat preservation board is attached to one side of one concrete mould shell; a concrete protection layer is attached to the outer side of the heat preservation board; the corresponding concrete mould shell, the heat preservation board and the concrete protection layer are connected to be a whole body through a steel wire mesh frame; bayonets are formed in the two ends of the concrete mould shells; and the bayonets are convenient to splice.
