The invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated wall bodies, in particular to a steel bar truss structure concrete prefabricated wall body which comprises a fixing table, a limiting bolt, a wall plate, a limiting mechanism and an adjusting mechanism, the designed wall plate is arranged on the fixing table in a sliding mode, and the fixing table fixes the wall plate to the ground through the limiting bolt; when the wallboard needs to be dismantled, a limiting bolt can be screwed to take down the fixing table, then the whole wallboard can be taken down, damage to the wallboard is avoided, the wallboard can be recycled in the later period, and waste of engineering materials is reduced; the wallboards can be detachably spliced and mounted in a sectional manner through mutual matching of the locking blocks and the locking clamping grooves, and meanwhile, the wallboards are prevented from shaking through the arrangement of the limiting mechanisms; in the adjusting mechanism, an adjusting block moves to drive a hinge piece to open and close so as to drive the wallboard to move, then the thickness of the prefabricated wall body can be adjusted, and therefore the heat insulation and sound insulation effects of the prefabricated wall body can be adjusted.
