Prestress bar-shaped steel-carbon composite component
The invention discloses a prestress bar-shaped steel-carbon composite component. The prestress bar-shaped steel-carbon composite component comprises a bar-shaped steel pulling plate, a bar-shaped carbon fiber plate, end joints and distribution bolts. The bar-shaped steel pulling plate is a high-strength hot-rolled sheet steel strip which is formed by overlaying an upper layer and a lower layer, and the bar-shaped carbon fiber plate is clamped between the two layers of the bar-shaped steel pulling plate. The two rows of distribution bolts are arranged. The distribution bolts are distributed at intervals in the length direction of the bar-shaped steel pulling plate, penetrate through bolt holes reserved in the two sides of the bar-shaped steel pulling plate and fasten the layered component. The length of the bar-shaped carbon fiber plate is the same as that of the bar-shaped steel pulling plate, the width of the bar-shaped carbon fiber plate is equal to the distance between the two rows of distribution bolts, and perforating on the bar-shaped carbon fiber plate is avoided. The end joints capable of guaranteeing coordination work of the bar-shaped steel pulling plate and the bar-shaped carbon fiber plate are arranged at the two ends of the composite component. The prestress bar-shaped steel-carbon composite component not only has the advantages of being easy to connect and construct and low in self weight but also has good working performance and high safety stock.
