The invention discloses a corrugated steel web composite beam with prestress, which relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and comprises a concrete top plate, a concrete bottom plate, a concrete anchoring area, a steel beam, prestressed tendons and a prestressed tendon anchoring device, the steel beam comprises an upper flange flat steel plate, a lower flange flat steel plate, a top plate connecting piece, a bottom plate connecting piece and a corrugated steel web. The steel beam is prefabricated in a factory, the concrete top plate, the concrete bottom plate and the concrete anchoring area are cast in site, and prestress is applied to the prestressed tendons through a post-tensioning method after concrete casting and curing are completed. By means of a wrinkle effect of the corrugated steel web and a high-strength characteristic of the prestressed tendons, the initial tension of the prestressed tendons is directly transmitted into the concrete slab, so that the utilization efficiency of prestress is further improved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
