Method for mounting irregular granite wall
The invention provides a method for mounting irregular granite wall. The method comprises preparing right trapezoid short grooves in the upper and lower faces of stone, adhering 2 to 3 glass fiber cloth layers on the back of the stone through a resin coating, and at last arranging the stone between bended portions at one end of stainless steel suspension members and a limiting portion. The resin coating comprises 85 to 90 wt% of vinyl esters resin, 3 to 10 wt% of polyvinyl chloride, 2 to 5 wt% of alumina, 1 to 1.5 wt% of methylethyl ketone peroxide and 0.5 to 0.8 wt% of cobaltous naphthenate. The bended portions are inserted in the short grooves, and the limiting portion can just press against one side of the stone. The method is simple and convenient, the number of short grooves and corresponding stainless suspension members can be disposed according to different shapes of irregular granite, the irregular granite can be stably mounted, and antivibration can be ensured.
