An irregular mountain wall surface mounting method comprises the following steps that a plurality of steel keels are fixedly mounted between a roof framework and the ground; collecting the size of each position of the wall surface, cutting a galvanized steel sheet according to the collected size, and fixedly mounting the galvanized steel sheet on the outer side of the steel keel; the method comprises the following steps: filling standard aluminum veneers on a galvanized steel sheet, partitioning the galvanized steel sheet into regular regions and irregular regions according to whether the standard aluminum veneers completely fall on the galvanized steel sheet, calculating the number of the aluminum veneers required by the regular regions, dividing the irregular regions into a plurality of small regions, and cutting the aluminum veneers at special positions according to the sizes of the small regions. The aluminum veneers and the small partitions are numbered in a one-to-one correspondence mode; firstly, a complete aluminum veneer is fixedly installed in the regular area, and then the aluminum veneer and the small subareas of the irregular area are fixedly installed; the standard aluminum veneer is divided into the regular area and the irregular area, the aluminum plates matched with the standard aluminum veneer are installed at all positions, the joints of the aluminum plates are more attractive, and assembly of the aluminum profile is simplified.
