The invention discloses a prearranged adjustable clamping fixture for large embedded parts and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the field of building construction. According to a traditional installation process for the large embedded parts, a lot of embedded brackets need to be arranged, so that a lot of materials are wasted; and the embedded parts are not unified in size to cause different sizes of the brackets, so that the installation difficulty is increased. The invention provides the prearranged adjustable clamping fixture; and the prearranged adjustable clamping fixture comprises a rectangular horizontal frame consisting of first cross beams and second cross beams, multiple adjustable I-shaped stand rods and adjustable screw rods. The adjustable clamping fixture can be repeatedly used; as the screw rods and the I-shaped stand rods are adjustable, the adjustable clamping fixture is suitable for various embedded parts; the materials are saved; the installation difficulty of the embedded parts is simplified; and the construction cost is reduced.
