PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture capable of improving workability in fixing an upper sash to a frame body.SOLUTION: A double-hung window 1 comprises: a frame body 10, which has a head jamb 11, a sill 12 and right and left jambs 13 and 14; an upper sash 2, which is disposed at an upper part in the frame body 10; and a pair of fixtures 62, which are fixed to the right and left jambs 13 and 14, respectively, and extend to the inside of the frame body 10 from the jambs 13 and 14 and fix the upper sash 2 to the frame body 10. The upper sash 2 has a pair of fixing brackets 61 and 61 that are disposed at lower ends in a horizontal direction of the upper sash 2. The fixing bracket 61 is laid at an upper part of the fixture 62 and fixed to the fixture 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
