The invention discloses a mechanical coded lock. The coded lock is composed of a lock sleeve, a coded plate placed in the lock sleeve and an unlocking device. The coded plate comprises a disc body, an inner sleeve core, a slide block and a circular ring, wherein the disc body is provided with a barrel body and connected with the circular ring, the inner sleeve core is sleeved with the barrel body of the disc body, the slide block is arranged between the disc body and the inner sleeve core, and the circular ring is fixed onto the inner sleeve core; the lock sleeve is constituted by an outer sleeve and a lock sleeve inner wall fixed to the interior of the outer sleeve. The mechanical coded lock has the advantages that in the locking state, arc chutes in the bottoms of cylinder round pins and annular protruding strips B on the circular ring are not located on the same arc, due to the fact that it is designed in advance that a distance equivalent to the diameters of one or more unlocking holes exists between each side of each cylinder round pin and the corresponding end of the corresponding annular protruding strip B on the circular ring, and when the disc body is rotated to one end of each annular protruding strip B and in contact with one side of the corresponding cylinder round pin, corresponding unlocking holes A and unlocking holes B are staggered, thereby a code cannot be cracked.
