The invention discloses an inwards turning type movable vehicle window structure of a railway vehicle. Window glass is double-layered hollow glass; a hollow layer of the window glass is filled with argon; a LOW-E film is arranged on a hollow inner layer of the window glass; the window glass comprises shaking window glass and fixed window glass; aluminum profiles are spliced and then welded to form an outer frame; a cross beam and an auxiliary beam are arranged in the outer frame; the movable vehicle window structure also comprises an inwards turning type shaking mechanism; and by the inwards turning type shaking mechanism, the shaking window glass can turn inwards at an angle of 30 degrees. The inwards turning type movable vehicle window structure of the railway vehicle is attractive in appearance, high in deformation resistance and high in thermal insulation, sound insulation and anti-ultraviolet performance; and a ventilation function of the inside of the railway vehicle can be fulfilled.
