The invention discloses a window glass structure of a rail vehicle. The structure comprises outer side glass, a hollow layer and inner side glass or inner side PC; the outer side glass is sequentially composed of 5-6 mm tempered glass, a 1.52 mm SGP film and 4 mm tempered glass from outside to inside; the hollow layer is filled with 14.5-18.5 mm inert gas; the inner side glass is formed by clamping a 1.52 mm SGP film between two layers of 2-4 mm high-alumina glass; and the visible light transmittance of the whole car window is 22%, the visible light outdoor reflectance is 6%, the visible light indoor reflectance is 12%, the solar total transmittance is 28%, the sound insulation is 43-45 db, the heat insulation is 1.4 W/(m<2> K), the deformation of fatigue load is 2.7-4.7 mm, and the weight of the car window is 47.2-50.15 kg. According to the invention, the aerodynamic load strength requirement of +/-9000pa is met, the high sound insulation value is 45dB (A), the weight is reduced by about 600kg, and the overall index requirement of a project with the speed of 400km per hour is met.
