The technical key point of the speed and displacement dual-lock pressure-limiting type viscous damper is that two pressure-limiting holes and two speed-limiting limiting holes are uniformly processed in left and right end surfaces of a piston, respectively; the pressure-limiting holes in the left end surface and the speed-limiting limiting holes in the right end surface are corresponding to one another and communicate with one another through piston throttling holes; the speed-limiting limiting holes in the left end surface and the pressure-limiting holes in the right end surface are corresponding to one another and communicate with one another through piston throttling holes; pressure-limiting nuts are arranged on outer end openings of the pressure-limiting holes; pressure-limiting valve elements are arranged on inner end surfaces of the pressure-limiting holes; pressure-limiting springs are arranged between the pressure-limiting nuts and the pressure-limiting valve elements; inner limiting nuts and outer limiting nuts are arranged on outer end openings of the speed-limiting limiting holes; speed-limiting limiting valve elements on the center of a bottom plate are arranged in the inner limiting nuts and the outer limiting nuts in a sleeving mode; and speed-limiting limiting springs are arranged between the inner end surfaces of the speed-limiting limiting valve elements and the inner end surfaces of the speed-limiting limiting holes. The speed and displacement dual-lock pressure-limiting type viscous damper is simple in structure, convenient in operation, and capable of taking full advantages of energy-dissipating capacity of the viscous damper.
