The invention relates to tent fabric with cold-proof and freeze-resistant functions. The tent fabric comprises a base cloth layer, a bottom material layer arranged on the base cloth layer and a surface material layer arranged on the bottom material layer, wherein a first coating layer is arranged between the base cloth layer and the bottom material layer; a second coating layer is arranged between the bottom material layer and the surface material layer; the first coating layer comprises a heat adsorption layer, a heat preservation layer, a thermal insulation layer and an antistatic layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the second coating layer comprises a windproof layer, a fireproof flame retardant layer, a waterproof layer and an antifouling layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the base cloth layer is interweaved from warp-wise fabric and weft-wise fabric; the warp-wise fabric is a composite fiber formed by 35-45 parts of wool fiber and 5-15 parts of high-shading fiber; the weft-wise fabric is a composite fiber formed by 6-22 parts of linen fiber mixed with a disinsection and degerming solvent and 28-44 parts of cotton fiber; the bottom material layer is an antistatic PE material; the surface material layer is PU coating oxford fabric. According to the tent fabric, a three-layer structure is arranged, so that the cold-proof and freeze-resistant capacity of the tent can be strengthened, external cold weather can be effectively resisted, and the heat retaining property of the tent is improved.
