The invention belongs to the technical field of tents, and particularly relates to a wind-resistant and moisture-proof tent which comprises a low plate. The top end of the low plate is fixedly connected with a tent body; the side end of the low plate is fixedly connected with a positioning plate; a positioning pile is fixedly connected to the positioning plate; a second connecting piece is fixedly connected to the interior of the positioning pile. A first connecting piece is rotationally connected to the second connecting piece. The top end of the first connecting piece is fixedly connected with a rotating rod; the bottom end of the first connecting piece is fixedly connected with a retention disc. The interior of the positioning pile is slidably connected with a retention shell, and the interior of the retention shell is rotatably connected with a retention disc. A positioning pile is inserted into the grassland to fix the position of the low plate, rotation of a rotating rod enables a fixing shell to slide, sliding of the fixing shell enables a positioning insertion rod and a positioning insertion plate to be inserted into the grassland, and the positioning pile is matched to improve the fixity of the position of the low plate.
