The invention discloses conductive porous lightweight aggregate loaded with modified agar gel, and a preparation method and application of the conductive porous lightweight aggregate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a modified agar aqueous solution: firstly adding agar powder into water to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture until agar is completely dissolved, adding inorganic salt electrolytes, keeping the temperature of the solution to be higher than 90 DEG C and continuously stirring the solution for more than 30 seconds, thereby obtaining the modified agar aqueous solution; (2) immersing porous ceramsite into the modified agar aqueous solution, keeping the temperature of the solution to be higher than 90 DEG C, and continuously stirring the solution for more than 5 minutes; and fishing out the immersed ceramsite, carrying out air-cooling on the immersed ceramsite quickly until agar is solidified into gel, and peeling off excessive agar gel on the surface of the ceramsite, thereby obtaining the conductive porous lightweight aggregate loaded with modified agar gel. The porous ceramsite composite modified agar conductive lightweight aggregate disclosed by the invention is applied to conductive concrete, so that the volume-weight of mortar/concrete can be further reduced while resistivity of the concrete is remarkably reduced.
