Lightweight porous aggregate and preparation process thereof
Low-grade boehmite is adopted as a main raw material. The lightweight porous aggregate comprises 40%-70% of pretreated bauxite powder, 5%-35% of alpha-Al2O3, 5%-30% of silica powder, 5%-45% of soft clay, 0%-20% of alumina sol, 0%-20% of silica sol, 3-5% of Al(OH)3 micro-powder, 10-20% of a foaming agent, 0.03-0.5% of sodium polyphosphate and 0.01-0.06% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The lightweight porous aggregate with good mechanical strength and low heat conductivity coefficient is prepared by adopting a foaming method. The compressive strength of the lightweight aggregate is far higherthan that of a traditional calcium silicate plate and is equivalent to that of an existing mullite thermal insulation material, and the thermal insulation capacity of the lightweight aggregate is superior to that of the existing mullite thermal insulation material.
本发明专利采用低品位水铝石矿作为主要原料,按照40~70%预处理铝土矿粉体、5~35%α‑AlO、5~30%硅微粉、5~45%软质黏土、0~20%铝溶胶、0~20%硅溶胶;总质量分数外加入3~5%Al(OH)微粉、10~20%发泡剂、0.03‑0.5%多聚磷酸钠、0.01‑0.06%羧基纤维素钠配制原料,并采用发泡法制备了具有良好机械强度、低导热系数的轻质多孔骨料。该轻质骨料的耐压强度远大于传统使用的硅酸钙板材料,与现有的莫来石保温材料耐压强度相当,并且隔热能力优于现有的莫来石保温材料。
