Novel fireproof interface mortar, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a novel fireproof interface mortar, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The fireproof interface mortar comprises, by mass, 480-510 parts of 425R ordinary Portland cement, 370-425 parts of dried sand, 100-120 parts of talcum powder, 50-100 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 3-6 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 12-18 parts of re-dispersible latex powder, 8-12 parts of silicon micro-powder and 30-55 parts of fireproof powder. The fireproof interface mortar has good synergism due to an appropriate ratio of all components, and has the advantages of good bonding strength, no ageing, no hydration, flame resistance, and improved and increased workability.
