According to the fireproof thermal insulation mortar and the preparation method thereof, the closed-cell perlite is added, so that a product is low in breakage rate in molding processing, and the product is not prone to cracking; compared with the prior art, the compression ratio and the drying cost are effectively reduced, the heat conductivity coefficient (w/m.k) is 0.047-0.054, and 0.047-0.054, so that the heat conductivity coefficient of the finished product of the scheme is 0.020, the heat conductivity coefficient is greatly reduced, and the effects of fire prevention and heat preservation are effectively achieved.
