Humidity-regulating light-weight calcium silicate board and production method thereof
A humidity-regulating light-weight calcium silicate board and a production method thereof. The calcium silicate board is composed of following raw materials, by mass, 5-45% of light-weight gel body of which moisture mass is deducted, 3-18% of a calcium material, 20-45% of a silicon material, 10-40% of cement, 5-10% of a cellulose material and 4-12% of an inorganic filling material. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) pre-preparing the light-weight gel body; and 2) performing moulding to the raw materials through a common calcium silicate board production technology, and performing high-temperature steam curing in a pressure container. The humidity-regulating light-weight calcium silicate board is 0.5-0.9 g/cm<3> in density, has the function of regulating humidity and removing odor, is simple in process, is high in production efficiency, is low in cost and is wide in application.
