The invention belongs to the field of preparation of bonding agents and particularly relates to a preparation method of a ceramic bonding agent used for CBN grinding tools. The preparation method includes following steps: a) preparing following raw materials, by weight: 10-20% of clay, 15-25% of feldspar, 30-40% of boron glass and 30-45% of quartz, mixing the raw materials uniformly, grinding the raw materials and sieving the raw materials through a sieve being 100-300 in meshes to prepare a mixture material; b) smelting the mixture material and water-quenching the mixture material, wherein the temperature of the mixture material is increased to 1400-1600 DEG C at the increasing rate of 8 DEG C/min and the smelting time is 2-6 h; c) drying the product in the step b) at 100-150 DEG C for 5-9 h, grinding the product and sieving the product through a sieve being 200-300 in meshes to obtain a basic ceramic bonding agent; and d) pressing the basic ceramic bonding agent in the step c) to form a bonding agent blank, and sintering the bonding agent blank in a microwave sintering oven to prepare the ceramic bonding agent. The method is low in reaction time and short in reaction time, is low in production cost, is simple in processes, and is easy to carry out industrially.
