Permanent layer casting material containing synthetic forsterite
The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and particularly relates to a permanent layer casting material containing synthetic forsterite. The casting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0 to 25 percent of 8 to 15 mm of synthetic forsterite particles; 25 to 75 percent of 0.1 to 8 mm of synthetic forsterite particles; 5 to 22 percent of synthetic forsterite fine powder; 2 to 10 percent of 0.5 to 1 mm of quartz particles; 0 to 7 percent of quartz fine powder; 10 to 16 percent of magnesite fine powder; 0.5 to 7.5 percent of silicon dioxide micro powder; 0.1 to 0.5 percent of water reducer. According to the permanent layer casting material containing the synthetic forsterite, provided by the invention, in the formula of the casting material, the synthetic forsterite with high purity, good fire resistance, shrink resistance and low heat conductivity coefficient is added to replace the conventional raw materials such as dense high-alumina bauxite and mullite which are commonly used in permanent layers of a hot-metal bottle, a steel ladle and a tundish, and the permanent layer casting material has the advantage of relatively low production cost and has the meaning of saving resources of good quality and protecting eco-environment.
