The adjusting unit comprises a vertical lifting adjusting motor, a parallel movement adjusting motor, an angle inclination adjusting motor, a rail grasping adjusting motor, an adjusting platform, a center shaft and a movable rail clamping platform. A vertical lifting mechanism extends, and an adit guide mechanism is additionally arranged so that the rail above the concrete ground plane can be adjusted. Besides, the rail 600 mm below the concrete ground plane can be adjusted, and the application range is widened.
