Provided is a pressure-adjustable automatic cleaning and maintenance device for a bridge. The bridge comprises a transverse main girder (4) having a transversely-extending guiding rib (2) and auxiliary girders (41) supported on the transverse main girder (4). The automatic cleaning and maintenance device comprises a support frame (99), a water supply pipe (61) and a nozzle (62). The water supply pipe (61) is supported by the support frame (99) and draws close to the main girder (4). The nozzle (62) is communicated with the water supply pipe (61) in order to be aligned at the position, needed to be cleaned, of the bridge to carry out cleaning operation by spraying water. The upper and lower surfaces of the transversely-extending guiding rib (2) are respectively provided with multiple guide protrusions extending along the guiding rib (2).
