The invention provides an automatic bridge cleaning and maintaining device with a valve. A bridge comprises a transverse girder (4) provided with a guide rib (2) transversely extending and an auxiliary beam (41) supported on the transverse girder (4). The automatic bridge cleaning and maintenance device comprises a supporting frame (99), a water supply pipe (61) supported on the supporting frame (99) and close to the girder (4) and a spray nozzle (61) communicated with the water supply pipe (61) and used for spraying water to the portion, required to be cleaned, of the bridge to clean the portion. The upper surface and the lower surface of the guide rib (2) are each provided with a plurality of guide protrusions stretching along the guide rib (2).
