The invention provides a pre-embedded steel plate applicable to a wood formwork. The pre-embedded steel plate applicable to the wood formwork comprises the wood formwork, a pre-embedded steel plate body, tie bars, a bolt, square timber and a nut. The wood formwork is tightly attached to the surface of the pre-embedded steel plate body. The bolt penetrates through the wood formwork and the pre-embedded steel plate body to be cooperated with the nut to fix the wood formwork to the pre-embedded steel plate body. The bolt is arranged between the pre-embedded steel plate body and the wood formwork to apply pressure, and therefore the pre-embedded steel plate body can be tightly attached to the surface of the wood formwork; a steel base plate is additionally arranged between the nut and the wood formwork, the square timber is evenly stressed, and the pre-embedded steel plate body is prevented from shifting in the concrete pouring and vibration process. Further, the operation that concrete on the surface of the pre-embedded steel plate body needs to be manually chiseled away due to the fact that the pre-embedded steel plate body is not firmly fixed and then cannot be tightly attached to the surface of the formwork is avoided; after the concrete on the surface of the pre-embedded steel plate body is manually chiseled away, the problem that the surface of the pre-embedded steel plate is not consistent with the concrete surface flatness, and therefore later-period steel structure welding is difficult is solved by the adoption of the pre-embedded steel plate.
