Method for preventing prestressed pipe piles in soft soil foundation from deviating
The invention discloses a method for preventing prestressed pipe piles in a soft soil foundation from deviating. The method comprises the steps that the length of the prestressed pipe piles in various designed elevation areas is determined through pile testing; then stress relief hole predrilling and pile sinking are carried out; then experimental monitoring excavation is carried out, and peripheral displacement data of a foundation pit are obtained; and finally according to the peripheral displacement data of the foundation pit, soil excavation is carried out through a method of man-machine integration excavation and layering excavation, and the prestressed pipe piles higher than the designed elevation are cut in a sectional manner. Lateral pressure of sludge to the prestressed pipe piles is reduced through pile testing; stress caused by pile sinking is released through stress relief hole predrilling; the prestressed pipe piles are prevented from deviating or being damaged through the earth excavation method of man-machine integration excavation and layering excavation; and soil pressure on the two sides of the prestressed pipe piles is balanced through sectional pile cutting, and the prestressed pipe piles are prevented from being inclined. The prestressed pipe piles can be prevented from deviating or being damaged or broken, and the beneficial effects of being high in construction quality and low in construction cost are achieved.
