The invention discloses an energy-saving and efficiency excavator hydraulic system. The energy-saving and efficiency excavator hydraulic system comprises a power component, an execution component and a control component, wherein the power component comprises an engine and an oil pump device; the engine is connected with the oil pump device through a pipeline and is used for transmitting mechanical energy to the oil pump device; the oil pump device is used for converting the mechanical energy to hydraulic energy and transmitting the hydraulic energy; the execution component comprises a bucket hydraulic cylinder, a rotary motor, a bucket rod hydraulic cylinder and a movable arm hydraulic cylinder; the execution component is connected with the oil pump device through the pipeline and is used for receiving the hydraulic energy transmitted by the oil pump device and converting the hydraulic energy back to the mechanical energy so as to implement various actions of the excavator; the control component comprises an overflow valve, a distribution valve unit and an unloading overflow valve which are arranged between the oil pump device and the execution component and are used for distributing and controlling the hydraulic pressure. According to the energy-saving and efficiency excavator hydraulic system, various actions are efficiently implemented while the oil consumption of the excavator is reduced; the pressure state of the hydraulic system is monitored; the reliability of the excavator in use is improved.
