Furthermore, a variable mechanism of the variable pump 2 is composed of a variable cylinder 2.1 and a servo valve 2.2. By means of the hydraulic energy-saving control system and method, energy-saving control over the engine and a hydraulic system is achieved at the same time, and the energy utilization efficiency of the excavator is improved.
