The invention discloses a composite foaming cement board, pertaining to the field of building materials. The composite foaming cement slab comprises an autoclaved aerated concrete core layer. A fiber cement layer is laid on the upper side surface of the autoclaved aerated concrete core layer. An upper-layer foaming cement board is laid on the upper side of the fiber cement layer. A decoration panel layer is laid on the upper side of one foaming cement board. A straw board layer is laid on the lower side surface of the autoclaved aerated concrete core layer. Fiber bundles are arrayed into the straw board layer in an intersected manner. A lower-layer foaming cement board is arranged on the lower side surface of the straw board layer. A fiber cement layer is laid on the upper side of the autoclaved aerated concrete core layer. The composite foaming cement board has following beneficial effects: high strength and low weight of foaming cement boards are achieved; toughness of the foaming cement boards is improved in order to ensure that the foaming cement boards are less susceptible to breakage; the straw board layer has functions of heat preservation and sound insulation and is low in cost so that resource re-utilization is achieved; and the fiber bundles are arrayed in the straw plate so that strength of the foaming cement board is improved.
