The invention discloses a novel cement foaming agent, and belongs to the technical field of foaming agents special for light soil. The foaming agent comprises a foaming surfactant, a foam stabilizing surfactant, a thickening agent, an early strength agent and water, the foaming surfactant is composed of lauryl sodium sulfate and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in a mass ratio of 1: (1-3), the foam stabilizing surfactant is sodium stearoyl lactylate, and the thickening agent is sodium dodecyl sulfate and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in a mass ratio of 1: (1-3). The mass ratio of the foaming surfactant to the foam stabilizing surfactant is (1-2): 1, and the mass sum of the foaming surfactant and the foam stabilizing surfactant accounts for 50-60% of the total amount of the foaming agent; the thickening agent is sodium methyl cellulose and accounts for 2-5% of the total amount of the foaming agent; the early strength agent is calcium chloride and accounts for 2-5% of the total amount of the foaming agent; the sum of the mass of the components is 100%. The cement foaming agent provided by the invention is a physical foaming surfactant, has excellent foam stability and hard water resistance, and has a long half-life period of foam and a capability of promoting cement hydration.
