The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly waterproof warming construction method for an existing roof surface. the method comprises steps of spraying anti-crack waterproof mortar, spraying base layer interference agent on an exposed waterproof layer, spraying butyl rubber waterproof coat, conducting first time self-check and acceptance, spraying polyurethane hard foam, conducting second self-check and acceptance, spraying uvioresistant waterproof coating protection layer and conducting third self-check and acceptance. The beneficial effects are that an existing roof surface can be remained during waterproof construction and system construction can be directly conducted; the waterproof warming construction method for the existing roof surface is energy-saving and environment-friendly, requires low cost and possesses great waterproof and safe construction; and effect on bearing quality of the building can be avoided.
