Round-corner lock floor and machining method thereof
The invention discloses a round-corner lock floor and a machining method thereof. The round-corner lock floor comprises a plate body, wherein a round-corner tenon which protrudes outwards is horizontally arranged at the upper part of one side of the plate body, a round-corner mortise which is matched with the round-corner tenon and sinks inwards is correspondingly formed in the other side of the plate body, and the round-corner tenon is connected with the round-corner mortise of another floor in an interference fit manner. The machining method of the round-corner lock floor comprises the following steps: chamfering, fine trimming, mortise forming, and lock forming. According to the round-corner lock floor, the round-corner tenon and the round-corner mortise are respectively arranged on/formed in two opposite sides of the plate body, and a traditional right-angle lock is changed into a round-corner lock, so that intervals are relatively attractive after the floors are spliced, and furthermore, the use is safe because of a round-corner structure; meanwhile, the original machining sequence is changed, so that edge cutting points at a wearing layer are adjusted by a cutting edge from bottom to top in the machining process of the floor; the machining procedures are reduced, so that the service life of a cutter is prolonged, and the cost is lowered.
