The invention discloses a heaven and earth lock transmission box. The heaven and earth lock transmission box comprises a poking peach with a square rod insertion hole, upper and lower connecting rods positioned at the two sides of the poking peach in parallel, and a connecting rod spring connected between the upper and lower connecting rods, wherein transmission pins are respectively arranged on the upper and lower connecting rods; and push grooves respectively clamped on the transmission pins of the upper and lower connecting rods and used for pushing the upper and lower connecting rods to synchronously shrink inwards or outwards are formed in the poking peach. As the two sides of the poking peach are used for synchronously pushing out or shrinking back the upper and lower connecting rods to lock or close a door, the complex structure is omitted; and the heaven and earth lock transmission box is simpler in structure and lower in production cost.
