The lock comprises a lock cylinder, a synchronizing mechanism and a plug pin mechanism, wherein the synchronizing mechanism comprises a synchronizing box, a synchronizing button and a synchronizing strip, the synchronizing button is a double-eccentric-pin disc and comprises a first eccentric pin portion and a second eccentric pin portion, the synchronizing strip comprises a first synchronizing strip and a second synchronizing strip, the first synchronizing strip and the second synchronizing strip areeach provided with a sliding chute. the first eccentric pin part/the second eccentric pin part is embedded with the sliding chute of the first synchronous strip/the second synchronous strip; the plugpin mechanism comprises a first plug pin rod and a second plug pin rod, the first synchronous strip/the second synchronous strip comprises a first end part and a second end part, and the first end part /the second end part of the first synchronous strip/the second synchronous strip is fixedly connected with the first plug pin rod/the second plug pin rod. When the heaven and earth lock is used, thelock rotates with the center of the synchronizing button as the benchmark, the first eccentric pin part and the second eccentric pin part can drive the two synchronizing strips to be synchronized upwards and downwards correspondingly, and the heaven and earth lock manufactured through the synchronizing mechanism is small in size and can be applied to door plates of aluminum frame series.
