The invention discloses a concrete wet spraying machine which comprises a cylinder body, wherein a driving device used for providing power output is connected to the cylinder body; a material conveying section, a material sealing section and a gas rotational flow mixing section are arranged on the cylinder body from the head end to the tail end in sequence; a feed inlet is formed in the head end of the cylinder body; a feed outlet is formed in the tail end of the cylinder body; a first scraping plate is arranged at the material sealing section; a first air guiding opening is formed in the joint of the gas rotational flow mixing section and the material sealing section, and is used for forming rotational flow in the gas rotational flow mixing section; a third air guiding opening is formed in the centre of the feed outlet, and is used for forming center spraying flow. The concrete wet spraying machine is good in spraying effect, low in cost and small in external size.
