The invention discloses a health monitoring closestool including a closestool body, a urine monitoring unit, a stool monitoring unit and a data processing and control unit; the urine monitoring unit includes a urine collector, one or more detection stations, a urine conveyor and a urine cleanser which are arranged at the front end of the closestool body; the stool monitoring unit includes a stool collector, one or more detection stations, a stool conveyor and a stool cleanser which are arranged at the rear end of the closestool body; the data processing and control unit is electrically connected with a urine detection unit, the urine cleanser, a stool detection unit and the stool cleanser. The invention provides the health monitoring closestool integrating stool detection and urine detection, the stool collector and the urine collector in the closestool are arranged apart so as to accord with human going-to-toilet characteristics and avoid mixing of stool and urine from affecting detection results. At the same time, the stool detection unit and the urine detection unit each include one or more detection stations, one-time sampling can realize detection of multiple parameters, and the detection efficiency is high; and moreover, after detection is completed, data can be preserved and displayed in the local, and can also be sent to a mobile phone, a cloud and other data management devices via wireless communication.
