The invention relates to the field of a construction material, particularly to a composite portland cement. The composite portland cement comprises the following raw materials, by weight: 45-83 parts of cement clinker, 2-3 parts of gypsum, 5-6 parts of kiln dust, and 15-30 parts of coal ash. The composite portland cement is prepared according to the above ratio and has excellent heat-resistant and freeze-resistant performance during later maintenance. The life of the cement is prolonged; performance of the cement for resisting all kinds of erosion is improved; ant the wearing property of the cement is relatively high.
