The invention discloses a chipping cement pile material composition and a preparation method of a chipping cement pile. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 50-100 parts of fly ash, 10-50 parts of wood dust, 10-30 parts of macadam, 10-30 parts of quartz sand, 50-100 parts of water and 1-20 parts of iron powder. The cement pile prepared according to the design can use abundant wood dust, avoids the waste of wood dust, and effectively utilizes the wood dust which needs treatment originally; and the cement pile still has favorable strength in actual use, and can not be too soft due to the addition of excessive wood dust, thereby avoiding the reduction of the use property.
