Concrete internal maintenance material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete internal maintenance material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 1-2 parts of calcium formate, 0.3-0.5 part of triterpenoid saponins, 1-2 parts of gelatin, 0.3-0.5 part of cetyl alcohol, 40-50 parts of rice hull ash, 3-5 parts of hydrated lime, 5-10 parts of quartz sand and 26-46.4 parts of water. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the concrete internal maintenance material. The concrete internal maintenance material and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the rice hull ash and hydrated lime are used as the main raw materials, proper foaming treatment is conducted, sintering is not needed, the prepared concrete internal maintenance material is relatively high in inherent strength, the raw materials and the preparation process are both relatively environment-friendly, and when the prepared internal maintenance material is added into concrete, the internal relative humidity of the concrete is increased by 10-18%, the 3d hydration degree of the cement is increased by 15-20%, and the contraction is reduced by 0.01-0.015%, so that the purpose of reducing and even eliminating concrete surface crack problem is achieved, and the high-strength concrete internal strength is greatly improved.
