Concrete zero-intermittent polyurethane maintenance protection reinforcing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a concrete zero-intermittent polyurethane maintenance protection reinforcing material and a preparation method thereof. The reinforcing material sequentially comprises an adhesive layer with controllable attenuation strength, a maintenance protection layer and a concrete bonding layer, the concrete layer and the steel formwork for concrete forming form a whole through the adhesive layer, and the joints of the adhesive layer, the maintenance protection layer and the concrete layer are fused into a non-layered whole. Wherein the maintenance protective layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of polyurethane light-cured resin, 0.2 to 0.8 part of a photoinitiator, 20 to 25 parts of a diluent and 3 to 5 parts of surface modified nano silicon dioxide; the concrete bonding layer is composed of superfine magnesium oxychloride cement; the initial bonding strength of the adhesive is 1.2 MPa, and the adhesive can be used for bonding a maintenance protective layer and a steel template for concrete forming; the bonding strength is 0.05 MPa along with the extension of time, and the steel formwork can be separated from the steel formwork for concrete forming.
