The invention provides a method for treating hazardous waste containing fluorine. The method includes the following steps that firstly, the hazardous waste containing fluorine to be treated is obtained, and the fluorine content of a leaching solution of the hazardous waste containing fluorine is measured; secondly, according to the fluorine content of the leaching solution of the hazardous waste containing fluorine, the content of the corresponding treatment chemical is determined; thirdly, the treatment chemical is added into the hazardous waste containing fluorine, water is added and uniformly mixed with the mixture, still standing is carried out, a reaction is carried out fully, and treatment of the hazardous waste containing fluorine is completed. The invention further discloses a formula of the treatment chemical in the method for treating the hazardous waste containing fluorine. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the method is low in treatment cost and easy to operate and no secondary pollution is caused in the treatment process and after treatment.
