Method for cooperatively treating high-sulfur copper-containing hazardous waste and copper-containing solid waste
The invention provides a method for cooperatively treating high-sulfur copper-containing hazardous waste and copper-containing solid waste, which comprises the following steps: step 1, uniformly mixing basic cupric carbonate waste and high-sulfur copper-containing hazardous waste to obtain a mixed material I; 2, the first mixed material is dewatered in advance through a rotary dryer, and a second mixed material is obtained; 3, the second mixed material and the copper-containing solid waste material are mixed to be uniform, and a third mixed material is obtained; 4, cement and soot are mixed evenly, and a fourth mixed material is obtained; 5, water is added into the fourth mixed material for uniform mixing, and a fifth mixed material is obtained; step 6, uniformly mixing the mixed material III and the mixed material V to obtain a mixed material VI; and 7, the sixth mixed material is prepared through a brick making machine and then is naturally air-dried, and a brick material is obtained and then subjected to pyrogenic process treatment. The method solves the problem that heavy metal enrichment is not facilitated due to high matte production content caused by low desulfurization rate in pyrogenic process treatment of high-sulfur copper-containing hazardous waste in the prior art.
本发明提供了一种协同处理高硫含铜危废和含铜固废的方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:将碱式碳酸铜废料和高硫含铜危废物料混匀,得到混合物料一;步骤2:将混合物料一利用转筒烘干机对其进行预先脱水处理,得到混合物料二;步骤3:将混合物料二和含铜固废物料进行混匀,得到混合物料三;步骤4:将水泥和烟灰进行混匀,得到混合物料四;步骤5:向混合物料四中加入水进行混匀,得到混合物料五;步骤6:将混合物料三和混合物料五进行混匀,得到混合物料六;步骤7:将混合物料六利用制砖机进行制转后进行自然风干得砖料,然后进行火法处理。本发明解决了现有技术中火法处理高硫含铜危废由于脱硫率较低导致冰铜产含量大不利于重金属富集的问。
