The invention belongs to the field of waste treatment, and more specifically relates to reutilization of fly ash resource in a waste incineration plant, and concretely discloses a solidification method of waste incineration fly ash. The method comprises the following steps: (1) analyzing and determining composition and content of each element in the fly ash; (2) fully and uniformly mixing the fly ash, magnesium oxide and an aqueous solution of magnesium chloride, molding in a die, completing maintenance and then obtaining a magnesite material with solidified fly ash; wherein the mol ratio of magnesium oxide to magnesium chloride is 6-8:1; the mass of the fly ash is 5-10 times of the mass of magnesium chloride. According to application of the technology scheme, compared with the prior art, the provided solidification method is advantageous in that the fly ash is changed into valuables, and is used as a raw material for producing the magnesite material, the pollution problem of the fly ash is solved, and reutilization of the fly ash resource is realized.
