Waste incineration fly ash solidification and stabilization treatment method based on graphene quantum dots
The invention discloses a waste incineration fly ash solidification and stabilization treatment method based on graphene quantum dots, which comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly stirring cement and incineration fly ash to obtain a cement-fly ash mixture; 2, dissolving graphene quantum dots in mixing water, and fully stirring to obtain a graphene quantum dot solution; and 3, adding the cement-fly ash mixture into the graphene quantum dot solution, uniformly stirring, and hardening to obtain a cured body. The waste incineration fly ash solidification and stabilization treatment method based on the graphene quantum dots has the advantages of being easy to operate, low in preparation cost, environmentally friendly and the like, heavy metal in incineration fly ash can be efficiently solidified/stabilized, the leaching toxicity is remarkably reduced, and environmental hazards are reduced; in addition, the cured cement-fly ash solidified body has higher strength and meets the landfill requirement.
本发明公开了基于石墨烯量子点的垃圾焚烧飞灰固化稳定化处理方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:将水泥和焚烧飞灰搅拌均匀,得到水泥‑飞灰混合物;步骤二:将石墨烯量子点溶解于拌合水中,充分搅拌,得到石墨烯量子点溶液;步骤三:在石墨烯量子点溶液中加入水泥‑飞灰混合物,搅拌均匀后并硬化得到固化体。本发明采用上述的基于石墨烯量子点的垃圾焚烧飞灰固化稳定化处理方法,该方法具有操作简单、制备成本低、环保等特点,可高效固化/稳定化焚烧飞灰中重金属,显著降低期浸出毒性,减少环境危害;另外,经养护后的水泥‑飞灰固化体具备更高的强度,满足填埋要求。
