Material conveying trestle expansion joint
The invention discloses a material conveying trestle expansion joint. The problem that expansion joints in an existing material conveying trestle are not sealed closely is solved. The material conveying trestle expansion joint comprises an inclined profiled steel sheet base plate (1). An upper reinforced concrete ground layer (2) and a lower reinforced concrete ground layer (3) are arranged on the inclined profiled steel sheet base plate (1). A rubber waterstop (6) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the portion, located between the upper reinforced concrete ground layer (2) and the lower reinforced concrete ground layer (3), of the bottom of a material conveying trestle expansion joint body (4). One end of the rubber waterstop (6) is fixedly arranged in the upper reinforced concrete ground layer (2) in a poured manner, and the other end of the rubber waterstop (6) is fixedly arranged in the lower reinforced concrete ground layer (3) in a poured manner. The portion, located above the rubber waterstop (6), of the material conveying trestle expansion joint body (4) is filled with a bituminous hemp fiber filling layer (5). The material conveying trestle expansion joint keeps the function of expansion joints and well solves the seal problem of the expansion joints.
